We are seeking a Project Proposal Engineer who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning technical information into winning project proposals.

In this role, you will be involved in reviewing technical reports, analyzing survey data, coordinating bids, and supporting cost estimation for large-scale engineering projects.

What you will be doing:

  • Review RFQs, tender specifications, and technical reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for bid inputs and clarifications.
  • Analyze technical and geological survey data to support costing and proposal development.
  • Prepare and compile tender documents, proposals, and pricing summaries.
  • Perform costing and pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of bid documents, pricing information, and key points used in proposal preparation
  • Support project planning, budgeting, and pre-contract activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure timely, high-quality bid submissions.

What you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in project proposals, tender management, or cost estimation within the engineering, construction, or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret technical reports, drawings, and tender specifications.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments and external partners to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project planning skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently under tight timelines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear and structured proposals.
