IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Our headquarters (currently in Shah Alam, Selangor) will be relocated to Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan tentatively in 2026.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for tender documents preparation, revision and submissions.
  2. Prepare and submit of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other tender documents in a timely manner, ensuring they fully address client requirements and adhere to company objectives.
  3. Review Tender documents and understand project technical specification and requirements.
  4. Coordinate with Proposals Manager and Sales Manager to finalize the assumptions and exclusions for the Proposal.
  5. Source and liaise with suppliers for procurement activities.
  6. Oversee project cost estimation.
  7. Liaise with customer to address technical clarifications.
  8. Work closely with the sales team and other relevant departments to support and execute project efficiently.
  9. Ensure that commercial, technical, and logistics aspects are are thoroughly analyzed and agreed upon.
  10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, ethical standards and relevant state laws/regulations in all business dealings

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer or equivalent.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in proposal and costing preparation, preferably in oil and gas industry.
  • Expert knowledge in PLC panel, systems drawings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good in Microsoft Office suits, fluent in spoken and written of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
