Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assist in monitoring the credit team and lead the team towards achieving the target and KPI's set.
  2. Handle customers' requests and issues in a professional manner.
  3. Provide decisions and solutions in resolving any issues that are brought up by customers.
  4. Responsible for collection on the assigned portfolio – ensuring all customers in the portfolio are fully covered.
  5. Call and follow up with customers on the payment on a daily basis.
  6. Prepare reports by deadlines given.
  7. Ensure all credit and debit notes are submitted on time and issued accordingly to customers.

  9. Processing Information — Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
