Job Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:
· Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
· Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
· Monitor and process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments.
· Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Administrative Duties:
· Handle general office administration and documentation.
· Manage correspondence, filing, and office supplies.
· Support management in daily operation and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance with 2–3 years of experience.
· Familiar with SQL accounting software.
· Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Nationality preferred Malaysian only.
