Overview

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources Department in ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-organised HR operations. This role focuses on administrative coordination, data accuracy, reporting, and providing day-to-day support to the HR team while upholding the values and standards of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Support in managing leave records, attendance, and HR compliance documents.

2. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare recruitment tracking reports and maintain candidate files.

3. HR Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, OT, probation review tracking, etc.).
  • Ensure HR data is accurate, updated, and aligned across all systems.
  • Compile figures required for monthly HR dashboards and management presentations.

4. Employee Support & Coordination

  • Assist employees with general HR enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate HR activities such as trainings, briefings, internal events, and employee engagement.
  • Support HR team in managing welfare programs, uniform distribution, and documentation.

5. General Coordination

  • Work closely with retail stores and office departments to ensure smooth HR communication.
  • Assist with HR filing, documentation, scanning, and administrative support.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to HR Manager and HR team as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills with a warm and service-oriented attitude.
  • Able to manage confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
