Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene at all times, ensuring full compliance with QAQC standards, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Manage daily inventory and stock control processes, including receiving, ordering, storage, and accurate documentation, to minimize wastage and prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring a consistently positive dining experience.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations, providing hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to team members to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of staff duty rosters to ensure adequate manpower coverage across all shifts and peak periods.
  • Work closely with the Outlet Manager to implement operational plans, improve service standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and enforce staff compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and company policies to maintain operational consistency and excellence.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit accurate daily, weekly, and ad hoc operational reports within required timelines.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Outlet Manager or senior management to support overall outlet performance and business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Age Range: 25–35 years old.
  • Ethnicity: Chinese or Malay (to support team communication and internal cultural dynamics).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Food & Beverage industry; prior supervisory or team leadership experience is highly preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay.
  • Personal Attributes: Energetic, proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Vaccination Status: Fully vaccinated (minimum two doses).
  • Transportation: Own transportation preferred to ensure punctuality and flexibility with work schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
