KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate outlet staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and shift management.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are consistently maintained.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and place orders when necessary.
  • Manage customer complaints and provide quick, effective solutions.
  • Ensure all company SOPs are followed by the team.
  • Support management in implementing promotions, new menu items, and operational improvements.
  • Handle cash management and daily sales reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B or outlet supervision.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Good understanding of F&B operations and customer service.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
