Job description (仕事内容)


• Associate to handle general enquiries of customers over phone calls and live chats

電話やチャットを介した顧客から一般的な問い合わせを全般に対応する。


• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

• Maintains customer records by updating account information.

顧客のアカウントの情報をメンテナンスする。


• Exemplary communication skills and customer-oriented approach

優れたクライアントインターフェースと顧客中心のアプローチが必要だ。


• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively

プレゼンテーション能力、説得力、コミュニケーション能力が必要だ。


• Good knowledge of computer

• Japanese Speaking with Kanji writing skill
