At BJAK, we believe growth only happens when the right people are in the right seats. We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who is not just a talent sourcer but a hiring driver - someone who ensures we meet ambitious hiring targets with both speed and quality.
This role demands resilience, accountability, and relentless execution. You will take ownership of hiring outcomes end-to-end: driving daily headhunting, clearing pipelines, delivering high-quality candidates, and ensuring targets are achieved without compromise. What You'll DoTake full ownership of hiring outcomes, not just processes — judged by quality, speed, and target achievement.
Headhunt 150–200 profiles daily, while clearing all candidate screenings to zero backlog each day.
Run daily updates and meetings to report progress, track numbers, and keep pipelines healthy.
Maintain daily screening quality scores — only the best candidates move forward.
Source aggressively using LinkedIn, referrals, direct headhunting, social platforms, and beyond.
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver ready-to-interview shortlists quickly.
Ensure candidates and hiring managers move through the process with no delays or drop-offs.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters, raising the bar for execution and standards across the team.
Stay sharp on competitor hiring moves, market trends, and recruitment best practices.
You treat recruitment as mission-critical - not an HR process, but a growth engine.

Deliver 150–200 headhunted profiles daily, while keeping screening quality consistently high.

The Right Fit Has…
Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance (high CGPA) from a reputable university.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including headhunting and leadership hiring.
A proven track record of hitting ambitious hiring targets under pressure.
Strong sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, headhunting strategies).
Excellent candidate evaluation and screening skills, with quality measured daily.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
The mindset of an owner - accountable, proactive, and outcome-driven.
Experience hiring for Tech, Software Engineers, AI, or digital product roles
Experience in startup/scale-up hiring with aggressive growth goals.
Familiarity with regional or international hiring across ASEAN.
Knowledge of structured interviewing techniques (behavioral, situational, competency-based).
Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
Exposure to daily performance tracking and KPI-driven hiring models.
