Sebagai Intern Kulinari di Samballana, anda akan diberi peluang untuk mendapatkan pengalaman sebenar dalam dunia kulinari dan operasi dapur. Latihan ini memberi pendedahan menyeluruh terhadap penyediaan menu harian, kawalan kualiti makanan, kebersihan dapur, dan pengurusan bahan mentah.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Membantu chef dan pasukan dapur dalam penyediaan makanan mengikut SOP.

  • Memastikan kebersihan kawasan kerja sentiasa terjaga.

  • Belajar dan memahami proses penyediaan menu lauk kampung dan hidangan Western.

  • Menyokong operasi dapur semasa waktu puncak.

  • Mematuhi piawaian keselamatan dan kebersihan makanan.

Deskripsi Tugas:

Sebagai Waiter / Waitress di Samballana, anda memainkan peranan penting dalam memberikan pengalaman layanan terbaik kepada pelanggan. Anda akan menjadi wajah utama café, menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra dan memastikan servis berjalan lancar.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Menyambut pelanggan dan mengambil pesanan dengan sopan dan efisien.

  • Menyajikan makanan dan minuman mengikut urutan serta standard perkhidmatan.

  • Memastikan kebersihan meja dan kawasan makan sentiasa terjaga.

  • Memberi cadangan menu kepada pelanggan apabila diperlukan.

  • Bekerjasama dengan pasukan dapur untuk memastikan pesanan dihantar tepat dan cepat.

  • Kitchen Helper (Pembantu Dapur)

Deskripsi Tugas:

Sebagai Kitchen Helper, anda bertanggungjawab membantu kelancaran operasi dapur termasuk penyediaan bahan mentah, pembersihan peralatan, dan menyokong chef dalam tugas harian.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Membantu dalam penyediaan bahan masakan (potong, basuh, susun bahan).

  • Membersihkan peralatan, pinggan mangkuk, dan kawasan dapur selepas operasi.

  • Menjaga kebersihan dan keselamatan makanan mengikut SOP.

  • Membantu dalam stok bahan dan penyusunan barang dapur.

  • Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh chef atau penyelia.

Kemahiran & Kelebihan:

  • Rajin, boleh bekerja dalam pasukan dan cepat belajar.

  • Mempunyai sikap bertanggungjawab serta menepati masa.

  • Pengalaman dalam dapur komersial satu kelebihan.

  • Bersedia bekerja dalam syif malam dan hujung minggu.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship, Student job

Pay: RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
