DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist manager in executing continuous process improvement plans, delivering solutions to various departments/stakeholders.
  2. Work with all departments to analyze and understand their system requirements, cross-departmental processes, etc.
  3. Maintain, monitor and identify enhancement opportunity in company's ERP system.
  4. Assist in training and knowledge transfer to end-users.
  5. Design and develop reports/dashboards to help management visualize operation of the company.
  6. Provide proactive analytical and strategic insights on business performance, perform statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities as well as associated issues and risks.
  7. Contribute and document business processes, standards operating procedures and methodologies.
  8. Monitor project progress by proactively tracking activity, resolving problems, reporting on progress, and recommending actions.
  9. Develop/maintain data analysis in both Oracle Analysis Cloud and Power BI platform.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Degree in Computing/Software Engineering/Information Technology/Data Science/Computer Science, or related discipline.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in implementation or maintaining ERP system.
  3. Familiarity with coding language such as SQL and other languages is an added advantage.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, Power Point, Power Bi and ERP (NetSuite).
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
  7. Good project management skills.
