Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management:

• Work on building and maintaining the company's brand image and reputation.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.

2. Digital Marketing Strategy Development:

• Oversee online marketing activities, including website content, social media, email campaigns, online advertising and mobile marketing.
• Formulate and implement online marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify target audiences and develop campaigns that resonate with them.

3. Analytics and Reporting:

• Use web analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights to optimize strategies.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and personalize marketing efforts.
• Implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty.

5. Adaptation to Trends:

• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in consumer behavior.
• Continuously adapt marketing strategies to reflect market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2-years of experiences in the relevant field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Proficient in Marketing Tools such as Canvas, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Google Ads, demand generation and inbound marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
• Candidate(s) must be willing to work in Perai Area.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (added advantage).
