Main Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Advisors with basic admin tasks (documentation, filing, data entry).
- Support Sales & Marketing team with simple tasks such as preparing forms, updating lists, or printing materials.
- Handle basic showroom duties like organising documents or arranging samples.
- Follow up on tasks assigned by the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of workspace and office materials.
- Perform any other task given by management.
Qualification and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); a degree in a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles is preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
