Job Description

  • Post contracts to coordinate closely and effectively with site staff of Project Implementation Department and Consultant on all documentations on contractors' interim claims and variation works claims.
  • Conduct project measurement and valuation;
  • Prepare variation order, compilation, and costing;
  • Prepare and submit progress claims;
  • Issue Letter of Award to sub-contractors and follow up on the progress;
  • Process claims from subcontractors for payment;
  • Administration of contractual issues for ongoing projects and preparing necessary correspondences. (preparing of interim valuation, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, and preparation of final accounts)

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Education Level: Bachelor's degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
  • At least 2 years and above of relevant experience (High-rise/ mixed-use development experience is preferred).
  • Proactive, dynamic, and good team player.

Additional Information & Benefits

  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8: 00am-12:00pm; 14:00-18:00 ( Lunch Hours 12pm-2pm)
  • Working location: Johor Bahru
  • EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave based on Malaysia Labour Law .

工作内容

  • 负责合同后期工作,与项目实施部门现场人员及顾问密切且有效地协调,处理承包商的进度付款申请及变更工程索赔的所有文件事宜。
  • 进行项目工程量测量及估价;
  • 编制变更单、整理相关资料并进行成本核算;
  • 编制并提交工程进度付款申请;
  • 向分包商发出中标通知书(授标信),并跟进其施工进度;
  • 处理分包商的付款申请;
  • 管理在建项目的合同事务并准备相关文件(包括编制阶段性工程量核算、定价及合同变更协议、更新索赔提交情况,以及准备结算账目)。

工作要求

  • 学历要求:工程造价、建筑施工管理或土木工程相关专业的学士/大专/证书。
  • 所需经验年限:至少2年以上相关工作经验(具备高层建筑或综合用途开发项目经验者优先)。
  • 语言要求:流利的中文,英语,马来语。我们正在寻找能说普通话的候选人,以便与讲普通话的客户进行有效沟通。
  • 积极主动、充满活力,且具有良好的团队合作精神。

  • 工作时间:周一至周六 (8.00am-12.00pm; 2:00pm-6.00pm;午休时间中午12点至下午2点。)。
