JOB PURPOSE
Assist in organizing, scanning, and indexing physical documents to ensure accurate digital records. Maintain confidentiality, data integrity, and support administrative tasks for efficient document management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in organizing, sorting, and preparing physical documents for scanning.
- Perform high-quality document scanning using designated scanning equipment and software.
- Ensure scanned images are clear, complete, and properly indexed according to file naming conventions.
- Conduct quality checks to verify accuracy and completeness of scanned documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the process.
- Assist in labeling, archiving, and safe storage/disposal of physical documents after scanning.
- Support team members in tracking progress and reporting daily output or issues encountered.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or related.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of people.
Reliable, team player, hardworking, trustworthy, self-starter, and adaptable.
- Able to work in Penang.
