Job Responsibilities
  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Manage local and foreign worker matters – recruitment, permit renewal, FOMEMA, insurance, and hostel arrangement.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia Labour Law, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and Immigration regulations.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, and allowances for payroll processing.
  • Handle staff discipline, counselling, and performance management.
  • Prepare and update employment contracts, HR policies, and employee records.
  • Coordinate training, onboarding, and confirmation of new employees.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and provide HR support to restaurant outlets.

Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably in restaurant or F&B industry.
  • Familiar with Employment Act and foreign worker management.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
