About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Executive to join our growing team at Binawan Jaya Sdn Bhd. This full-time position, based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the HR function to support the overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Establish and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organisation.
  • Provide advice and support to management on HR-related matters, including manpower planning, employee engagement, and disciplinary issues.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain qualified talents.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support management in developing compensation and benefits structures aligned with company strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with management to build a positive work culture and effective communication channels across all departments.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, preferably in an SME or growing company.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Independent, organised, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SQL Payroll/HR system (preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
