We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Human Resource (HR) Executive to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of HR functions in a supportive environment. You will play a key role in assisting the HR team with various tasks and gaining valuable experience in the HR field.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with the recruitment lifecycle** by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding tasks for new hires.
- **Support in developing and maintaining employee handbooks** by gathering information, updating content, and assisting with distribution.
- **Assist with payroll processing **, benefits administration, and ensuring accurate compensation data entry.
- **Assist with performance appraisal processes** by collecting data, preparing reports, and scheduling meetings.
- **Assist in maintaining positive employee relations** by providing initial support for concerns, escalating issues as needed, and contributing to a positive work environment.
- **Stay informed on relevant HR policies and procedures** to provide basic support and answer employee questions.
- **Assist with training and development initiatives** by gathering materials, coordinating logistics, and providing administrative support.
- **Perform administrative duties related to HR**, such as data entry, file management, and report preparation under the guidance of senior HR personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Eagerness to learn about HR practices and regulations

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
