About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to join our team at Botanique Group Organic Kitchen S/B' in Damansara Jaya, Selangor. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth running of our organic retail store. This is a full-time position within our dynamic and customer-focused organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
  3. Restocking and organising product displays to maintain an appealing store appearance
  4. Answering customer inquiries about our products and services
  5. Maintaining store cleanliness and organisation
  6. Supporting the team with other administrative and operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the food or organic products industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
  3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
  4. Willingness to learn and a keen interest in organic and sustainable products
  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  6. Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business
