Key Responsibilities:

- **Receiving and Processing Stock**:Unloading deliveries, checking items against purchase orders, and storing goods in designated locations.
- **Inventory Management**:Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies.
- **Order Fulfillment**:Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Supervise** and guide staff towards maximum performance
- **Controlling** the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- **Monitoring** stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- **Warehouse / Retail Organization**:Keeping the warehouse / retail clean, organized, and safe, adhering to safety regulations.
- **Collaboration: Working** with team members to meet daily productivity targets and optimize warehouse / retail processes.
- **Customer Oriented** ; Must alert and prepare at all time to serve customer with professional when needed.
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
- **Other Duties: May** be required to perform other tasks as assigned, including assisting with returns, inter-store transfers, and other warehouse duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
