Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle payroll preparation, claims, leave, and attendance management.
- Support performance evaluation, training, and employee development.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
- Support employee engagement programs and company events.
- Prepare HR-related reports (headcount, turnover, etc.).
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 year of working experience in HR
- Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or HR software.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
