Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle payroll preparation, claims, leave, and attendance management.
  • Support performance evaluation, training, and employee development.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
  • Support employee engagement programs and company events.
  • Prepare HR-related reports (headcount, turnover, etc.).

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 year of working experience in HR
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or HR software.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
