REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in an administrative role, preferably within L&D or HR.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Learning Management System (LMS)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Coordinate in-house and external trainings, including training logistics, scheduling, communication and registration, recording training expenses and budget, and updating training records.
  2. Execute training sessions as per annual training plan (ATP).
  3. Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, schedules, participants name list.
  4. Compile and update training feedback, evaluation data, and training report.
  5. Support the L&D team in implementing new training initiatives and systems.
  6. Support in collaborating with external trainers and vendors to expand and enhance training options.
  7. Assist in logistics for onsite or virtual training events.
