Fast and accurate departmental physical materials monitoring / reporting including general store duties.

B. Key Responsibilities:- (Key responsibilities are the areas in which the position is expected to produce results on a continuing basis and should include the action that is taken and the area the action impacts on.)

  • Production Operations Management

a) Coordinating with production team to ensure raw materials / packaging materials are feed for production on time.

  • Inventory Management

a) Production materials stock monitoring and control.

b) To assist in receiving of packaging and raw material / good together with COA as per standard operating procedure.

c) Coordinating with suppliers on the delivery of packaging and raw materials/goods.

d) To assist in Material Reject Control operation.

e) Daily / monthly stock check and reporting.

  • Human Resource Management

a) To ensure manpower are effectively utilized.

b) To supervise a team of production clerks to meet and achieve operation objective as below:

  • Assist in receiving and supplying of packaging and raw materials as per standard operating procedure.

  • Coordinating with production team providing materials in support. Pre-Production feed to avoid production Avoidable Downtime.

  • Coordinating with material suppliers on the delivery of packaging and raw materials when necessary.

  • Post-Production packaging material control.

  • Packaging materials identification with labels before sending for storage.

  • Occupational, Food, Safety and Health Administration

a) Housekeeping and 5S at workplace.

b) Safeguarding Occupational Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards for the workforce.

c) Food Safety Reporting: Report food safety concerns or issues in the workplace to superiors.

5. Documentation and compliances

a) Ensure all assigned activities/operations are conducted in compliance to all relevant certification systems inclusive FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000/ ISO 9001/ MS 1480/statutory and regulatory requirements.

b) To ensure team member follow department operating procedures and work instructions.

c) Prepare daily / monthly reports as per requested.

6. Quality Management and compliances

a) To ensure all production packaging material rejects are systematically analyzed and corrective action take to minimize or eliminate rejects. Support production failure investigation and recommend solution. Assist in investigation production on-line problem and provide solution.

b) Assist in analysis major customer complaints / non-conformances and execute corrective actions.

7. Training and Development

a) Cultivating a disciplined, skilled, and motivated team through training and development initiatives.

8. Adhoc Assignment

a) To assist in raising P.R. ( Purchase Requisition ) for packaging , raw materials and as per requested by department from time to time.

b) To assist in checking P.O. ( Purchase Order ) issued from Purchasing Department and filling.

c) To assist in issuing Goods Received Voucher (GRV).

d) Prepare to work abnormal hours in short notice and when needed.

e) To perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,677.09 per month
