工作地点: 马来西亚槟城 Bandar Cassia(需常驻)
岗位职责
- 负责公司产品与解决方案的直接销售工作(非分销业务),涵盖条码扫描设备、工业打印机、条码标签、RFID产品、软件及相关服务等。
- 管理马来西亚销售区域,开发高价值客户、维护现有客户关系,深入了解客户需求并提供专业解决方案。
- 与本地及总部的技术、软件与市场团队紧密协作,参与产品培训、方案制定、演示、商务谈判、签约及回款全流程。
- 规划、制定并执行本地化销售策略,确保季度与年度销售目标的达成。
- 持续跟踪行业趋势与竞争动态,收集市场情报并提出改进建议。
任职要求
必须条件:
- 拥有马来西亚永久工作权利;
- 良好的中文(普通话)与英文沟通及书写能力,能独立撰写技术方案与参与商务谈判;
- 至少2年以上B2B产品直接销售经验,并具备面对最终客户的独立拓展与维护能力;
- 具备职业成熟度、责任感与诚信,能够独立、高效、主动地完成销售目标;
- 可接受短期出差。
优先条件:
- 具备IT或自动识别技术行业相关经验;
- 熟悉数据采集系统、移动计算设备或系统集成者优先;
- 拥有电子制造业(如PCB厂、芯片封测企业等)客户销售经验者优先;
- 具备物联网硬件(传感器、采集器)、工业自动化软件或企业信息化系统销售经验者优先;
- 曾在Zebra、Honeywell、Datalogic等品牌体系或工业软件公司任职者优先;
- 有为中国科技企业开拓东南亚市场经验者优先。

Sales Account Executive (Based in Penang)

Company Overview
We are a leading IoT data acquisition and integration solution provider from China, with over 25 years of industry experience.
We deliver one-stop hardware and software integration services to both local and multinational enterprises — including barcode labels, RFID solutions, auto-identification and data capture devices, customized software, and complete digital transformation systems.
Work Location: Bandar Cassia, Penang, Malaysia (Local residence required)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for direct sales (non-distribution) of company products and solutions, including barcode scanners, industrial printers, barcode labels, RFID systems, software, and related services.
- Manage the Malaysian sales territory — develop new high-value customers and maintain existing accounts, identify customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Work closely with local and headquarters technical, software, and marketing teams, participating in product training, sales proposals, solution demonstrations, negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection.
- Plan, develop, and execute localized sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Track market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback and insights for business improvement.
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Must have permanent work rights in Malaysia;
- Strong Mandarin (spoken and written) and English (spoken and written) communication skills — able to prepare written proposals and conduct business negotiations;
- Minimum 2 years of B2B direct sales experience, dealing directly with end customers;
- Professionally mature, responsible, and self-disciplined, with strong integrity and the ability to work independently;
- Willing to travel for short business trips.
Preferred:
- Experience in the IT, data capture, or system integration industry;
- Familiarity with enterprise mobility, AIDC systems, or industrial automation solutions;
- Sales experience in electronics manufacturing (PCB, semiconductor, or testing industries) is an added advantage;
- Background in IoT hardware (sensors, data collectors), industrial automation software, or enterprise digital systems is preferred;
- Experience with Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, or other AIDC solution providers will be a strong advantage;
- Candidates with experience helping Chinese technology companies expand in Southeast Asia are highly preferred.
