Engineer Automation/ Process/ Production

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing production performance, processes, and product quality.
  • Support senior engineers in the design, setup, and optimization of production lines or office automation systems.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and work instructions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, and production.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and provide technical support for production equipment or OA tools.
  • Assist in new equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, or production systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM3,200.00 per month
