Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and independent Senior Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, probation and promotion assessments, and basic training coordination, while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of payroll processing, including:

  • Salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, and leave encashment

  • Submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Issuance of EA forms and monthly/yearly payroll reports
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory submissions to relevant authorities
  • Manage and coordinate probation reviews for new hires and internal promotions
  • Monitor and arrange performance reviews for acting supervisors/managers
  • Plan and execute basic training programs, including onboarding and refresher training
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files
  • Liaise with department heads on HR matters and employee performance
  • Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance with Malaysian labour laws
  • Handle ad hoc HR tasks and assignments as needed
  • Carry out instructions or special tasks assigned by management, including urgent or temporary HR-related matters
