About the role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at MITOTEAM SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time member of our sales force, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and achieving our company's sales targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and prospecting
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to potential customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and manage ongoing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Continuously seek to expand your product knowledge and sales skills through training and development

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the Engineering or Industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
