Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee credit management processes, including monitoring and collecting accounts receivables.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, and collaborate closely with other departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
  • Identify and report delinquent accounts for review and necessary action.
  • Take proactive measures to resolve issues to ensure timely collection.
  • Uphold and enforce credit policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance at all times.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or any relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in handling account receivables or in a credit control function.
  • Possess some basic knowledge in preparing daily collections report.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Must be numerically accurate with a "good eye for detail"
  • Confident, independent and possess problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and multitasking.
  • Must be resourceful and energetic, with an eye for details on strategic matters.
