The Role:

You will be responsible for :

1. Acquire New Contracts

  • Assist the team in managing leads and following up with potential franchisees.
  • Participate in interviews and business orientations alongside senior staff.
  • Support the coordination of candidate steps from initial inquiry through signing the franchise contract.
  • Assist with location surveys and preparation leading up to new center openings.

2. Support Franchise Opportunity Marketing

  • Help plan and carry out marketing activities to promote the Eye Level franchise opportunity.
  • Work with the team and HQ office in Korea to help create promotional and marketing materials.
  • Assist in organizing events and marketing campaigns targeting potential franchisees.

3. Assist in New Center Support

  • Provide support to the operations team in helping new franchisees with renovation, training, and opening activities.
  • Learn to give operational and marketing advice under supervision.
  • Build positive working relationships with new franchisees, guided by senior team members.
Ideal Profile:
  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Education industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for business development.
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage.
