About The Role

We are seeking a
Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure, Civil & Building)
with at least
3 years of experience in infrastructure, civil engineering, and building construction
. The ideal candidate will support cost planning, contract administration, and financial control across diverse projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for infrastructure, civil, and building works.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and material measurements from drawings and specifications.
  • Utilize
    Glodon (Cubicost)
    software for digital costing, quantity extraction, and cost analysis.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement processes.
  • Monitor project expenditures, variations, and progress claims.
  • Administer contracts, including interim valuations, final accounts, and dispute resolution support.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of project costs, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and client requirements.

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, civil, and building projects.
  • Proficient in
    Glodon (Cubicost)
    and other cost estimation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel).
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g PAM, JKR, PWD).
  • Experience with government infrastructure projects or large-scale developments.
  • Familiarity with BIM and digital quantity surveying tools.
