Job Description
- Implementing sales plans, strategies and supervising Sales Executives.
- To achieve assigned target for profitable sales and other key financial performance objectives by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Established sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales strategies.
- Implements sales programs by developing sales action plans and increase marketing events, i.e. joint marketing events, roadshow to capitalize on market awareness and increase market shares.
- Monitoring and keep track of each Sales Executive's performance on monthly and quarterly review basis by counselling, disciplining and appraising job results.
- Maintains the number of require sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training organize by the principal and external organization.
- Ensure branch activities are conducted in line with the principal's standard and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for the overall customer experience.
(Working Location: Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang)
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in sales automotive industry a (premium & EV experience).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in managerial roles.
- A team player, ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English is a must. Additional language is an advantage.
- Possess strong customer focused mindset, excellent interpersonal and good communication skills as well as problem-solving skill.
- Highly organized and ability to withstand pressure, positive minded, and able to manage tight timelines.
- Able to manage a changing workload in a dynamic deadline-driven changing environment.
- Result-oriented, tenacious and able to handle stressful situation and challenges.
- Good presentation and effective communication skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for work.
**Preferences given to candidates with experience in managerial roles with proven track record .
