Role Summary

Supports the sales and marketing team in executing day-to-day operations, including lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and campaign coordination.

Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and on-ground platforms. This role requires a hands-on marketer who can contribute creatively while ensuring smooth delivery, coordination, and follow-through of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Lead Follow-Up – Support the sales team in lead tracking, enquiry handling, and customer engagement.

Contribute ideas and support the execution of marketing campaigns and creative visuals

Coordinate marketing activities, promotions, and events to ensure timely delivery

Write, review, and proofread creative and promotional copy

Contribute ideas for video content and assist in video shooting when required

Manage and monitor social media campaigns, including Facebook Ads Manager and basic Google SEO

Liaise and coordinate with external suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers

Handle marketing-related administration, documentation, and reporting

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales & marketing, branding, or digital marketing

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks with good organization and attention to detail

Team-oriented with a hands-on and execution-focused mindset

Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
