This position is mainly concerned with administrative functions and general support and coordination of the admin duties as required by any assigned superior.

Your responsibilities will be :

  1. Financial Administration

  2. Verify daily carpark collection reports and reconcile with system data.

  3. Review and submit monthly revenue reports, season pass collections, and contractor/utilities/management office invoices.

  4. Assist Finance in audit documentation and ensure proper record keeping of all transactions.

  5. Data entry in IFCA system and updates with Finance team.

  6. Customer & Tenant Support

  7. Handle season parking applications, renewals, and payment matters for tenants and customers.

  8. Respond to inquiries and resolve parking-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

  9. Coordinate with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  10. Reporting & Compliance

  11. Maintain accurate documentation of carpark operations, maintenance logs, and financial records.

  12. Prepare weekly and monthly operational summaries for management review.

  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and local authority requirements.

To be eligible for this role:

* Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, or related field.

* Able to be based at Atria Shopping Gallery, Petaling Jaya.
