Job Description:

  • Maintain and update proper records of office assets, including the landline system, mobile phones, security cards, staff uniforms, stationery, and other office equipment.
  • Ensure all company properties and equipment have appropriate and up-to-date insurance coverage.
  • Handling administrative expenses, including stationery, sundries, vehicle maintenance, and office equipment servicing.
  • Manage monthly utilities billing, raising payment and utilities usage management.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely renewal or application of company-related licenses, permits, and agreements.
  • Coordinate periodic housekeeping and document-cleaning exercises across departments.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, well-maintained, and conducive to work.
  • Oversee building maintenance and ensure proper upkeep of company motor vehicles.
  • Undertake any other administrative & facilities duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Candidates with qualifications in Procurement, Business Studies, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience or knowledge in electrical engineering is an advantage.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
