Job description:
- Source and register training programs for staff in the HRDC portal to ensure compliance and development.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports,
- Identify and assess training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with managers.
GA Task:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
- Coordinate office services such as cleaning, security, and facility management.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government authorities.
Additional / Ad-hoc
- Perform other related duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience in organizing and delivering training programs.
- Knowledge of HRDF/HRD Corp training claims (for Malaysia context).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Good planning, organization, and report-writing abilities.
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
