HR & Admin Executive

HR Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, such as attendance, leave, and benefits.
- Handle employee disputes, and disciplinary problems, propose to Company an appropriate course of action.
Admin Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and scanning. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and arrangements. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports in malay and english.
- Manage the administrative functions of the company, including office management, vendor management, and IT support.
- Handle all HR & admin related matters and undertake task as and when assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good spoken & written in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
