Responsibilities
Licensing & Compliance
- Handle all company licensing matters, renewals and compliance documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings and adherence to statutory requirements.
- Maintain updated records of all permits, certificates and compliance-related documents.
Office Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, including office supplies, maintenance and service vendor coordination.
- Manage renewals such as office contracts, subscriptions and service agreements.
- Support HR and management in administrative tasks when required.
Accounting Support
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents, including invoices, payments, petty cash and reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when necessary.
Cross-Department Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to management and various departments.
- Assist with documentation, reports and any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounts and administration roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic accounting software.
Skill
- Strong command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken and written).
- Independent, well-organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
