Human Resource Junior Executive (Payroll)
to join our dynamic HR team and support the smooth and accurate execution of payroll and related HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the
    end-to-end payroll process
    to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update
    employee records
    , attendance, and leave data in the HR system.
  • Support the preparation of
    statutory submissions
    (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Levy).
  • Handle
    payroll-related queries
    from employees professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in HR administrative functions such as
    new hire onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes
    .
  • Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure payroll accuracy and alignment.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in
    Human Resource Management, Accounting, or related field
    .
  • 1–2 years of experience in
    payroll administration
    or HR operations (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Familiarity with
    HR/payroll systems
    such as iPayroll, HR2000, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality in handling employee information.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
