Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced sales manager to promote and sell our glass tempering furnaces and smart factory solutions in Southeast Asia market.
- Proactively acquire new customers(such as glass processing enterprises, large-scale project contractors), and establish long-term cooperative relationships with existing customers.
2 . Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive and grow business, and possess the ability to complete business negotiations independently.
3 . Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions and quotations.
4 . Collaborate closely with internal technical, project management, and after-sales service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for collecting and consolidating regional sales data and maintaining customer files.
Participate in international exhibitions to collect market intelligence on competing products.
Job requirements:
- Settled in Malaysia or Singapore, with the ability to work and travel independently within Southeast Asia. Candidates with international work experience will be given preference.
2 . Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, International Trade, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
3.1-3 years of experience in the glass industry, with preference given to candidates possessing sales experience in glass tempering furnaces.
4 . Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong teamwork with good communication skills and strong professional expertise.
6 . Preference will be given to candidates with well-established connections in the Southeast Asia glass industry.
