•       Legal advisory works and supports in relation to project bids, negotiations and awards as well as attending to legal and contractual issues and queries from various Business Units within the Division.


•     Prepare, draft, review and/or revise standard contract templates and other legal documents.


•     Identification of legal and contractual risks.


•     Role will require occasional hours outside of standard business hours - to join calls with overseas team members. Able to work with counterparts around the world with different time zones. Regular and, at times, unpredictable travel, including international travel, may be required.


•     Manage and handle litigation cases; peruse, vet and advise disputes and litigations papers as well as liase with external solicitors.


•       Monitor developments in laws and to keep abreast with changes in law.


•       Provide legal opinion and conduct legal research.


•       All other work instructed by the Superior.
