Job Summary

To lead and oversee the front office operations, ensuring excellent client service, team performance, and efficient daily management of reception and front-desk functions.

This role serves as the face of the hospital, supporting client relations, internal coordination, and execution of marketing and service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the front office team to ensure professional, courteous, and efficient client interactions.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance to maintain consistent service standards.
  • Oversee client service quality, appointment flow, and front-desk operational procedures.
  • Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
  • Collaborate with management to implement marketing and promotional initiatives at the front-line level.
  • Ensure the lobby, reception, and client waiting areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
  • Support internal communications, staff training, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report front office performance indicators to the Operations Director.
  • Other related duties as assigned by management to support operational needs

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or front office operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership qualities.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and able to represent the hospital professionally to clients and visitors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with appointment or CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
