ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team at TPE INFINITE (M) SDN BHD. in Kulim. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records and bookkeeping, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Generating financial statements, reports, and other analytical tools to support decision-making
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices
  • Participating in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a E-COMMERCE OR WHOLESALER Industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in using accounting and payroll software
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
