Job Responsibilities
  • Handle full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, payroll & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Prepare and process payroll and ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory payments.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HR systems.
  • Administer leave, attendance, and time management systems.
  • Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and management updates.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act and company HR policies.
  • Liaise with government bodies, auditors, and external vendors.
  • Assist in HR projects, process improvements, and ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on HR working experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Experience in a Retail environment is an added advantage.
  • Available to join within a short period.
