About the Company

We are looking for an HR Executive who is reliable, independent, and passionate about building strong HR foundations. As the sole HR contributor in Malaysia, you will play a key role in supporting employees while collaborating closely with our regional HR team in Singapore.


What You'll Do

HR Operations & Administration

  • Administer and update leave records accurately.
  • Prepare appointment letters and conduct smooth, engaging onboarding sessions.
  • Track and manage holidays-in-lieu compliantly.
  • Maintain employee files, HR documents, and records with confidentiality and accuracy.

Compliance & Policy Alignment

  • Ensure all HR processes comply with Malaysian labour laws.
  • Collaborate with the Singapore HR Manager to align HR procedures, policies, and regional requirements.
  • Assist in developing and updating the Employee Handbook and HR guidelines.

Employee Support & Engagement

  • Serve as the main HR touchpoint for staff—handling queries, providing guidance, and supporting day-to-day HR matters.
  • Support benefits administration and ensure accurate and timely updates.

Who We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws
  • Confident in HR operations, benefits management, and handbook preparation
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HR systems (an advantage)
