Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and meeting client financial needs, and providing personalized banking solutions. Daily tasks include client portfolio management, cross-selling banking products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying updated on market and financial trends to provide sound advice and foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service, relationship management, and interpersonal skills to maintain and build client relationships.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, including consumer banking, commercial banking, investment solutions, and Islamic banking products.
  • Sales, negotiation, and cross-selling abilities to effectively promote banking services and meet target goals.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with knowledge of financial regulations and market trends, to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; fluency in other languages is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant work experience in the banking industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
