Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Relationship Manager based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, offering a combination of in-office and remote work. The Junior Relationship Manager will manage client relationships, address inquiries, and support customer needs to ensure an exceptional service experience. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, identifying growth opportunities, nurturing long-term partnerships, and working closely with internal teams to implement client-focused solutions. The person in this role will also handle reporting, analyze customer trends, and provide insights to contribute to strategy development.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to perform client onboarding, analyze customer needs, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in client management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or international remittance industries is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to hybrid work arrangements, balancing in-office collaboration and remote tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in client relationship management or related roles is an advantage.
