Junior Business Development Executive (6-Month Contract
)

Salary: RM 2,800 + Attractive Commission Structure

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. You will be responsible for promoting and recruiting participants for our professional and tvet programs under , engaging corporate clients, and supporting the overall sales strategy. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy client interaction, and are motivated by targets and commission.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and promote programs and our Australia immersion programs


• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive enrolment across various HR and professional certification programs.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate partners and individual learners.


• Identify prospects, schedule meetings, and deliver program briefings.


• Work closely with the team to negotiate deals and manage the end-to-end client management process.


• Track sales performance, report progress, and follow up on leads consistently.


• Meet monthly enrolment targets and contribute to overall sales growth.

Requirements


• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or telesales (education industry is an advantage).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Confident in cold calling, pitching, and handling objections.


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Sales-driven, target-oriented, and motivated by performance incentives.


• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.


• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
