  1. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES

· Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, including design development drawings, authority submission drawings, tender documents, and construction drawings using CAD and BIM software.

· Work closely with architects, project teams, and consultants to ensure that drawings reflect design intent, technical accuracy, and project requirements.

· Lead or assist in design coordination and documentation tasRESPONSIBILITIESks across different stages under the supervision of the project architect.

· Revise and update drawings based on feedback from architects, consultants, and approving authorities.

· Support the coordination of drawings and documentation across different stages of the project, including schematic, detailed design, and construction stages.

· Conduct site visits to take measurements, verify conditions, and provide technical or drafting support as required.

· Maintain organized drawing records and files, ensuring version control and accessibility.

· Participate actively in design and coordination meetings to gain exposure to project management and design development.

· Contribute to design detailing, specifications, and coordination of technical documentation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Part 1 & Part 2) or an equivalent qualification.

·  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; some internship or related experience in architectural practice will be an advantage.

· Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp); knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.

· Basic understanding of construction detailing and building regulations.

· Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute within a team environment.

·  Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.

· Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate documentation.
