Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team. This role ensures smooth sales operations by handling documentation, customer coordination, and internal follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow up on orders, and support after-sales activities.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales administration or related roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
