Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team. This role ensures smooth sales operations by handling documentation, customer coordination, and internal follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on orders, and support after-sales activities.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales administration or related roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
