Our client Enhance First Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a CNC Production Floor Manager/Engineer to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Lead Setup and Commissioning: Oversee the setup and calibration of CNC machines, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency.
  • CNC Programming: Utilize CAD/CAM software to create precise G-code/M-code for manufacturing, supporting the production of specialized components.
  • Production Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with international quality standards and optimizing production processes.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of CNC machinists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and multi-skilling.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Address machine issues promptly, perform maintenance, and seek opportunities for process improvements.
  • Quality and Compliance: Monitor key performance indicators, conduct internal audits, and ensure adherence to quality management systems.
Who are they looking for?
  • Engineering Expertise: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years in CNC machining and programming.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing teams in a production setting, with a focus on training and development.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup, and precision measurement tools.
  • Quality Standards: Familiarity with ISO/IATF standards and quality management tools.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for effective communication and collaboration.
